Patient Assistance Program & Access Intern

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a motivated intern to support its Patient Assistance Program in Dubai. You will help coordinate patient engagement activities that improve access to medicines and ensure the program runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the program through face‑to‑face visits with healthcare professionals.
• Maintain correct program positioning and messaging.
• Consolidate HCP requests, follow up with AxiosInsights, and generate feedback.
• Validate claims and invoices, and cross‑check monthly reports.
• Update Iconnect documentation and trackers.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date target‑customer list.
• Assist with monthly report analysis and internal communications.

Required profile

• BSc in Pharmaceutical Science, Medicine, or a related discipline.
• Entry‑level candidate; fresh graduates with strong learning agility are welcome.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
