Payment Collection & Partner Onboarding Executive

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Payment Collection & Partner Onboarding Executive to manage customer payment follow‑ups and bring new transport partners onto the OpenFR8 platform. The role works closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth financial and onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with customers on pending payments and resolve invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate records of payments, outstanding amounts and related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payment schedules and confirmations.
• Contact, verify and onboard new transport partners, ensuring all required documents are collected.
• Explain OpenFR8 processes and policies to newly onboarded partners.
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align collection and onboarding activities.
• Achieve assigned targets for payment collection and partner onboarding.

Required profile

• Strong communication and follow‑up abilities.
• Target‑oriented and responsible attitude.
• Experience in payment collection, sales, customer service or logistics is an advantage.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
