Payment Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and detail‑oriented Payment Onboarding Specialist to join our fast‑growing Forex/Fintech team in Dubai. You will play a key part in ensuring new payment providers, merchants and clients are integrated smoothly and compliantly.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the onboarding and integration process for payment providers, merchants and clients.
• Coordinate with PSPs, internal teams and external partners to guarantee seamless operations.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, perform compliance checks and set up accounts.
• Resolve payment‑related issues, handle escalations and follow‑up promptly.
• Update and manage client records using CRM systems and payment tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in payment onboarding.
• Previous experience in Forex trading, Fintech or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding procedures, PSPs, payment gateways and payment operations.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM systems and payment platforms.
• High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
