Pega CVM Expert

About the role

We are looking for a Pega CVM Expert to join Ericsson’s Dubai team. The role focuses on designing, supporting and optimizing Pega‑based customer decisioning solutions for large‑scale production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, support and optimise Customer Value Management (CVM) solutions using Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Provide L3 SME support for Pega CVM platforms, troubleshoot application, integration, database, middleware, infrastructure and OpenShift issues.
• Lead incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis and drive corrective actions.
• Define and enhance application architecture for scalability, performance, stability and cost efficiency.
• Build and deploy integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, Kafka and external services.
• Configure and optimise CDH, ADM, NBA, decision strategies, adaptive and predictive models.
• Support data stores such as PostgreSQL, SQL, Cassandra and MongoDB and integrate third‑party analytics.
• Monitor performance, manage dashboards, alerts and KPIs, and support releases, migrations, upgrades and disaster‑recovery activities.
• Maintain SOPs, runbooks, KEDB, troubleshooting guides and drive automation and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• PCDC certification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience with at least 4 years on Pega Decisioning and Pega Marketing.
• Proven experience in L3 production support, incident and problem management, RCA and ITIL processes.
• Experience working with OpenShift production environments.
