People Advisor – Middle East & APAC

About the role

The People Advisor is a core member of Teneo’s Global People Team, supporting Business and Regional People Partners across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. The role blends advisory, process management and employee relations to help execute the company’s talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Advise employees and managers on HR policies, processes and local employment legislation.
• Partner with People Partners on cyclical activities such as performance management and compensation planning, managing timelines, communications and quality assurance.
• Manage low‑to‑medium complexity employee relations cases from start to finish, ensuring compliance with law and internal policy.
• Drive the annual People Engagement Survey – from planning and communication to analysis and insight delivery.
• Conduct exit interviews, analyse turnover data and provide actionable insights.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders and coach Talent Managers on best practices.
• Identify and champion continuous‑improvement opportunities for HR policies, processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation in the Middle East and APAC.
• Experience advising on HR policies and handling employee relations matters.
• Ability to manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
