People & Culture Executive

About the role

The Executive, People & Culture is responsible for managing day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws, and supporting key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and performance management. You will act as a bridge between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and fair pay practices.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, mid‑year reviews, and succession planning.
• Use HR metrics and analytics to prepare regular reports for the executive team.
• Manage employee relations issues, provide conflict resolution, and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Develop and run employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
• Assist in talent acquisition, retention strategies, and onboarding of new hires.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem‑solving, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws and ability to drive cultural change.
