About the role

We are looking for a dynamic People & Culture Officer to join our team at a prestigious five‑star hotel in Dubai. The role supports daily HR operations, drives initiatives that enhance workplace culture, and serves as a bridge between employees and management.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the HR department with day‑to‑day administrative tasks.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training activities.
• Support employee engagement and retention programs.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of HR experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with UAE labour legislation and HR information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
