Personal Business Assistant to Managing Director – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Personal Business Assistant to support the Managing Director in Dubai. The role combines executive support with private assistance, requiring discretion, proactive problem‑solving, and the ability to manage a wide variety of tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute both business and personal tasks for the Managing Director.
• Draft and manage business correspondence in multiple languages.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the executive and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Monitor deadlines, track task quality, and follow up on deliverables.
• Arrange meetings, travel itineraries, and events.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost trust.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai with fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Minimum three years of experience as a personal or executive assistant.
• Highly organized, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible mindset capable of finding solutions in non‑standard situations.
• Willingness to manage a broad spectrum of tasks, from business assignments to personal errands.
• Valid driving licence is an asset.
