Personal Coach – Fitness & Wellness

About the role

SIRO One Za’abeel is looking for a dynamic Personal Coach to deliver world‑class group exercise classes and personalised training programmes. You will interact directly with guests and members, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s commitment to peak mental and physical performance.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every guest and member using the fitness facilities.
• Conduct inductions, health profiles and high‑quality assessments.
• Plan, deliver and continuously improve group‑exercise classes and new initiatives.
• Maintain and update the class timetable, track utilisation and report any faults.
• Design and prescribe bespoke training programmes based on client goals.
• Provide safe training techniques, promote internal and external wellness programmes.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and full functionality of all fitness areas.
• Enforce gym rules, monitor budgets and contribute to departmental financial targets.
• Handle guest complaints promptly to achieve instant satisfaction.

Required profile

• Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative when resolving issues.
• Good understanding of fitness budgeting and financial performance.
• Passion for helping guests achieve sustainable health and performance goals.
