About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Secretary to support the Chairman of a holding group in Dubai. The role combines high‑level administrative assistance with compliance and governance responsibilities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local company laws, filing deadlines, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers, annual returns, and documentation for offshore transactions.
- Organise board and shareholder meetings, prepare agendas, draft minutes and circulate them.
- Manage company records, share certificates, and transfer documents across jurisdictions such as BVI, Singapore and Mauritius.
Required profile
- Minimum 5‑7 years of experience supporting C‑level executives as a Personal Assistant.
- Proven ability to run C‑level administration offices and manage corporate events.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Required skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
What we offer
- Competitive salary of AED 12,000 per month, all‑inclusive.
