About the role

The Planning Engineer will develop, monitor, and control project schedules for substation projects using Primavera P6, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

Prepare baseline project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6.
Define activity sequencing, logic links, and assign durations, resources, and cost loading.
Identify critical path and milestone dates, and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
Track site progress, conduct delay analysis, and prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
Monitor critical activities, resource allocation, float consumption, and schedule risks.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S‑curves, look‑ahead schedules, and KPI dashboards for management.
Maintain schedule revisions and change records.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
Proven experience working on substation projects.
