About the role
The Planning Engineer will develop, monitor, and control project schedules for substation projects using Primavera P6, ensuring activities are completed on time and within budget.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare baseline project schedules and work breakdown structures (WBS) using Primavera P6.
- Define activity sequencing, logic links, and assign durations, resources, and cost loading.
- Identify critical path and milestone dates, and update schedules on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Track site progress, conduct delay analysis, and prepare recovery schedules and mitigation plans.
- Monitor critical activities, resource allocation, float consumption, and schedule risks.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, S‑curves, look‑ahead schedules, and KPI dashboards for management.
- Maintain schedule revisions and change records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical or Electrical).
- Proven experience working on substation projects.
