Planning Engineer – Multiple Openings

About the role

We are seeking experienced Planning Engineers to join our site‑based teams in Abu Dhabi. The role involves creating and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely delivery across major industrial and construction projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, update and control master project schedules throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Monitor site progress against baseline, identify critical paths and propose corrective actions.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering and subcontractor teams to align schedule execution.
• Assist in resource loading, manpower planning and equipment allocation.
• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly and monthly progress reports, S‑curves and delay analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of project planning or scheduling experience in construction or industrial environments.
• Experience on Gulf projects is advantageous but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Proficiency in project scheduling methodologies and baseline monitoring.
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 (preferred, non‑P6 candidates also considered).
