Platinum Reservation Agent – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Platinum Reservation Agent will promote and sell high‑end products and services to luxury partners, ensuring an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire customer journey at Atlantis The Palm Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell premium amenities such as fine‑dining experiences, exclusive packages and other luxury services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners by understanding their needs and communicating the value of Atlantis’ offerings.
• Own the end‑to‑end reservation process, from initial inquiry to post‑stay follow‑up.
• Provide personalized, high‑quality customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in customer‑facing or hospitality roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury‑focused environment.
