Play Facilitator - Part Time

About the role

OliOli Dubai is a contemporary children's museum with eight interactive galleries and over 45 hands-on exhibits, founded by parents who champion open-ended, non-judgmental play. As a part-time Play Facilitator you will act as a brand ambassador, engaging all visitors in an empathetic, thoughtful and joyful way while helping create memorable experiences for children.

Key responsibilities

• Be an ambassador for the OliOli brand, delivering inclusive, culturally appropriate, positive and memorable interactions
• Help visitors find their way around the building and explain the exhibits and programmes
• Facilitate the visitor experience proactively and comfortably manage exhibits spaces
• Collect and share visitor feedback and suggestions
• Follow daily opening and closing procedures
• Stay up to date with the museum's philosophy, exhibit and programme initiatives, and take part in visitor-interaction training
• Keep a safe environment for guests, especially children, and follow safety policies and emergency procedures

Required profile

• Ability to work weekends and public holidays, which are the busiest times
• Own visa and ability to wear a uniform
• Excellent English; Arabic is a plus
• Positive energy, respectful of diversity, patient, empathetic, friendly and courteous
