Plumber – Commercial Facilities (Sharjah)

About the role

We’re looking for a skilled and detail‑oriented Plumber to join our team. In this role you will maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems across our commercial facilities, collaborating with the maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive plumbing work, including troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, and installation of domestic water, heating, chilled water, storm and sanitary systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency plumbing issues, providing temporary or permanent solutions to minimise disruption.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to keep systems operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed in the maintenance management system.
• Support renovation and capital projects through planning, installation, and execution activities.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate parts and supplies to ensure operational readiness.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in plumbing or a related technical field.
• Minimum three years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of UAE plumbing codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
