PMC Site Coordinator

About the role

The PMC Site Coordinator will be based on the ADNOC on‑shore site in Abu Dhabi, overseeing daily site activities to ensure safe, efficient execution of work in line with ADNOC standards, project specifications and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day site operations, including scheduling, logistics and resource allocation.
• Monitor compliance with ADNOC standards, project specifications and health‑safety‑environment (HSE) policies.
• Facilitate communication between project management, subcontractors and client representatives.
• Track progress, report deviations and support corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate site documentation and records.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site coordination or similar roles within oil & gas or large‑scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of ADNOC standards, HSE regulations and project specifications.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, safety‑critical environment.
