PMO & Bid Support Senior Consultant

About the role

The Senior Consultant will support the PMO and lead bid management activities for Managed Services in Abu Dhabi. This role combines project administration, governance, reporting, and end‑to‑end proposal development to ensure high‑quality submissions and effective project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the PMO, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and maintaining project documentation such as charters, risk registers and status reports.
• Support PMO governance by maintaining processes, tools, and ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
• Prepare and distribute performance dashboards, executive presentations and consolidate project data for trend analysis.
• Oversee the bid management lifecycle from opportunity identification to proposal submission, coordinating with sales, SMEs and legal teams.
• Lead proposal development, assign tasks, review content for quality and alignment with client requirements, and edit for clarity and persuasiveness.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research and contribute to differentiated value propositions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project‑management support, bid management or proposal development within a competitive business environment.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Solid understanding of project‑management methodologies, tools and governance frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• PMP certification is a plus.
