About the role
Hilton is hiring a Pool and Beach Lifeguard in Dubai. You will supervise swimmers and ensure their safety so that guests and members enjoy an excellent experience, while also carrying out regular cleaning duties.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of swimmers
- Make sure guests feel safe in the pool area
- Inspect facilities for cleanliness and carry out general pool cleaning and maintenance duties regularly during your shift
- Check that swimmers follow safe swimming practice and enforce pool rules and regulations
- Follow emergency action plans and procedures when required
Required profile
- Pool lifeguard qualification
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Commitment to a high level of customer service
- Advantageous: first aid and CPR qualification, excellent attention to detail, high standards of cleanliness, ability to work professionally and helpfully, and previous experience in a similar environment
