About the role

The Eclipse Pool Terrace Bartender provides hotel guests and servers with quick, efficient beverage service while maintaining a complete working knowledge of all bar products. Working on the pool terrace of Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi, you will create a memorable drinking experience in a luxury waterfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an enjoyable dining experience through high quality, professional, and friendly service.
• Anticipate guest needs, offer suggestions, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
• Describe food and beverage menu items with vivid details about origin, taste, and preparation, demonstrating thorough product knowledge.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years experience in a similar role within a luxury brand.
• Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Outgoing personality with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong understanding of food and wine.
