Ports Logistics and Infrastructure Portfolio Manager

About the role

The role is based in Abu Dhabi and reports to senior investment leadership. It combines investment oversight with operational improvement for a portfolio of ports and logistics assets across the Middle East and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage portfolio management activities for ports and logistics businesses.
• Monitor, report and drive performance improvements across operational and financial metrics.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for C‑suite leaders of platform companies, supporting strategic and operational priorities.
• Assist deal execution and M&A teams with due diligence, structuring and closing of transactions and co‑investments.
• Present portfolio performance and recommendations to senior leadership and investment committees.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Investments, Head of Capital Allocation and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• A blended investment and operational background with hands‑on portfolio management experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in ports and logistics sectors.
• Transaction experience including due diligence, deal execution, financing and co‑investments.
• Exposure to Middle‑East and global markets is highly valued.
