About the role
Paymob UAE is looking for a motivated POS Sales Acquisition Specialist to drive B2B growth across the UAE. The role focuses on acquiring new merchant clients, promoting digital payment solutions and building long‑term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients throughout the UAE market.
- Promote POS terminals, payment gateways, payment links and Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later (BNPL) solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through prospecting, networking and business development activities.
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial terms, close sales and monitor performance against targets.
Required profile
- Proven UAE B2B sales experience, preferably in fintech or payment solutions.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Arabic proficiency is an advantage; immediate availability preferred.
Required skills
- Knowledge of POS terminals.
- Understanding of payment gateways and payment links.
- Familiarity with Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later (BNPL) services.
