PPC Specialist – Paid Media for Billion‑Dollar E‑commerce Brand

About the role

Puffy, a top‑5 US mattress D2C brand with over $1 billion in sales, is looking for a PPC Specialist to own day‑to‑day execution of Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Shopping) and Meta campaigns. You will build campaign structures from scratch, run the full daily optimization loop, and collaborate directly with the Senior Manager, PPC.

Key responsibilities

• Build and launch Google Ads campaign structures from scratch across brand and non‑brand Search, Performance Max and Shopping.
• Run the daily optimization loop: search‑term review, negative keywords, quality checks and bidding adjustments.
• Coordinate A/B testing of ad copy and landing pages with CRO and development teams.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns as assigned.
• Document AI‑assisted workflows and validate recommendations before implementation.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of hands‑on experience building, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns with spend of $500,000 / month.
• At least 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Proven ability to design and build Google Ads structures from scratch and explain performance decisions.
• Strong analytical skills using Google Ads, Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience using AI tools for research and validation.
