PR Account Executive

About the role

Burson UAE is looking for a passionate Account Executive to join its dynamic public relations team in Dubai. This junior‑level position offers the chance to work across a diverse portfolio of sectors, including corporate, destination, and consumer & brand, while contributing to integrated PR, social, influencer and creative campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support client relationships by assisting senior team members and acting as a reliable point of contact for day‑to‑day queries.
• Draft press materials, build media lists and pitch stories to secure coverage.
• Create compelling content for various platforms, ensuring high‑quality writing and appropriate tone.
• Monitor and report on web and social media activity, gathering data and identifying trends.
• Coordinate project logistics, manage deadlines and liaise with internal and external teams.
• Assist senior colleagues with administrative and financial tasks, learning about account profitability.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and stay informed on industry news and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a PR agency or in‑house communications role.
• Demonstrated ability to draft press materials and pitch stories.
• Understanding of social media platforms, content strategy and basic analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
