PR & Communications Director

About the role

AHS Properties, a leading luxury real‑estate developer, is looking for a strategic PR & Communications Director to shape its public image and reinforce its market position. The role will lead all communications, media relations and brand reputation initiatives targeting high‑net‑worth clients, investors, media and key industry stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Lead corporate communications, media relations, public relations and external communications initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and international media outlets, journalists and industry publications.
• Craft press releases, media statements, corporate announcements, speeches and executive communications.
• Manage media campaigns for project launches, major announcements, partnerships and corporate milestones.
• Identify and secure high‑value media opportunities, awards and speaking engagements.
• Oversee crisis communications and develop response strategies for reputational issues.
• Monitor media coverage, public sentiment, competitor activity and industry trends, providing strategic insights to senior management.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media partners, influencers and other external communication partners.
• Control PR budgets, campaign deliverables and performance reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in PR, communications or media relations, preferably within luxury real‑estate, hospitality or other premium sectors.
• Proven track record of shaping brand reputation and influencing high‑profile audiences.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
