Account Manager – Client Services

About the role

Own the relationship after the promise is made. Udjat is looking for an Account Manager who can turn strategy, briefs, deadlines, specialist work and client expectations into one clear account experience. The role ensures the client feels informed while the internal team stays aligned and focused.

Key responsibilities

• Translate client goals into clear briefs, capture objectives, audience, deliverables, deadlines and approval paths.
• Coordinate cross‑functional specialists (SEO, paid media, social, content, creative, video, development) to keep projects moving without silos.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, surfacing progress, blockers and decisions before they are asked.
• Manage timelines, milestones and scope, escalating risks early and ensuring commercial conversations for changes.
• Produce performance reports that connect activity to business outcomes such as leads, sales opportunities or conversion.
• Build long‑term relationships that drive retention and identify legitimate opportunities for account expansion.

Required profile

• Strong empathy for client needs combined with the discipline to challenge unclear requests.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to produce clear briefs and meeting notes.
• Organised multitasker who can track multiple deadlines, stakeholders and approvals.
• Ability to discuss marketing performance at a business level and raise risks calmly.
