Working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Physician, you will help deliver patient‑centered care in compliance with Department of Health regulations. Key responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including mobility, personal hygiene and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs accurately, reporting any significant changes promptly to the supervising RN or physician.
• Prepare patients, treatment rooms and equipment for examinations, procedures and treatments.
• Maintain accurate, timely and confidential patient records and clinical documentation according to DoH standards.
• Follow infection prevention and control practices to ensure a clean and safe patient environment.
• Collaborate professionally with a multidisciplinary team to implement patient care plans.
