Presentation Designer & Video Maker/Editor Engineer (PMC role)

About the role

The Presentation Designer & Video Maker/Editor Engineer (PMC role) will create high‑impact presentations, motion graphics, and video content to support executive communications, stakeholder engagement, and project storytelling. The role combines advanced PowerPoint design with hands‑on video editing and simple animation to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling visuals that align with brand and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design executive‑level PowerPoint presentations, translate complex technical information into visual stories, and develop custom icons, charts, and templates while maintaining brand consistency.
• Plan, edit, and produce short‑form videos (explainers, interviews, updates) including motion graphics, text overlays, color correction, audio balancing, subtitling, and simple 2D animations.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering and communications teams, adhere to brand and confidentiality guidelines, and maintain organized asset libraries for reuse.

Required profile

• Advanced PowerPoint expertise, proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), and ability to create infographics and simple 2D animations.
• 3–7 years of experience in presentation design and video editing/motion graphics, preferably in corporate, consulting or energy‑related environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or equivalent, with a portfolio/showreel demonstrating relevant work.
