Pressing Attendant – Hotel Laundry

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Pressing Attendant to join the laundry team at Al Jaddaf Rotana Dubai. You will ensure guest laundry is delivered on time, meeting the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow hotel and laundry department policies and procedures.
• Operate, clean and maintain pressing machines with care.
• Separate garments for appropriate pressing cycles.
• Apply advanced pressing techniques and continuously seek improvements.
• Handle all garments delicately and according to pressing instructions.
• Attend departmental trainings, meetings and any additional duties assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• Vocational training in laundry operations or related field.
• Previous experience as a Pressing Attendant in a high‑volume environment.
• Good command of English and a positive, friendly attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced, multicultural setting.
