Pricing Manager MENA

About the role

Stryker is seeking a Pricing Manager for the MENA region to lead strategic pricing initiatives and drive business analysis excellence. You will oversee operational pricing, standardize processes, and use data analytics to optimize value and efficiency across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate annual strategic price increases, conduct impact analysis, and update systems.
• Act as pricing business partner for an assigned EEMEA division, leading monthly price performance reviews.
• Track and analyze price performance across the portfolio, delivering insights on trends and opportunities.
• Lead monthly pricing calls to align teams and guide strategic decisions.
• Support Sales and Marketing on tender pricing, providing data‑driven analysis and market intelligence.
• Conduct market analyses using Power BI and Excel to identify trends.
• Continuously improve pricing tools and workflows for efficiency and standardization.
• Maintain accurate data for SKUs, customer‑specific price lists, and pricing adjustments.
• Educate and mentor sales teams on pricing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and financial regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pricing management; 8+ years preferred.
• Proven success in leading pricing strategy and influencing commercial teams.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• Power BI for market and performance reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems.
