Pricing Officer – Logistics (Operations Exposure)

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Pricing Officer to join a fast‑growing logistics business in Dubai. You will own pricing and cost modelling, ensuring that pricing structures are competitive while protecting margins, and you will work closely with operations to validate assumptions from quote to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Own pricing and cost modelling across logistics services and customer requirements.
• Create clear pricing structures that balance competitiveness and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations to validate cost drivers such as labour, transport, warehousing and last‑mile delivery.
• Support RFQs, RFPs, bids, tenders and customer proposals with accurate commercial pricing.
• Lead and support rate negotiations with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Drive process optimisation to reduce cost leakage and improve pricing accuracy.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and internal governance expectations in the UAE.

Required profile

• Experience in pricing within logistics, supply‑chain, freight or warehousing environments.
• Strong operational understanding of cost drivers and margin levers.
• Excellent communication skills to work across operations and sales teams.
• Confident negotiator with strong attention to detail.
• Practical, fast‑paced and solutions‑focused mindset.
