Primary Inclusion Teacher – Start Jan 2027

About the role

Fortes Education is seeking a Primary Inclusion Teacher to join its Dubai campus starting January 2027. The role involves delivering the Positive Education (PosEd) curriculum to primary‑level students, supporting both academic and personal development, and fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs.
• Collaborate with senior staff to integrate technology and APPs into daily teaching.
• Participate actively in the extra‑curricular activities programme and wider campus life.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and maintain accurate records.
• Promote the core values of PosEd, encouraging resilience, growth mindset and character development.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Education.
• SENCO qualification or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive education and student success.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic, well‑organised and able to work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Experience with the ASDAN programme.
