Primary Inclusion/SEND Teacher – Start August

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Primary Inclusion/SEND Teacher to join the Inclusion Department at GEMS Metropole Motor City in Dubai starting August 2026. The role involves delivering high‑quality teaching and support to students with additional learning needs within an eco‑friendly, innovative school environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver inclusive lessons for primary‑age pupils with SEND.
• Implement effective support strategies and interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure cohesive provision.
• Engage confidently with students, parents and the wider school community.

Required profile

• B.Ed or a subject‑relevant Bachelor’s degree with PGCE/PGDE (or equivalent).
• SEND/Inclusion‑specific qualifications.
• Proven experience teaching and supporting students with additional learning needs.
• Strong understanding of inclusive practices and a collaborative approach.
• Commitment to ongoing professional growth.
