Primary – Key Stage 1 Teacher

About the role

Sunmarke School Dubai is expanding its primary team and seeks an enthusiastic Key Stage 1 Teacher to deliver the UK National Curriculum to young learners. You will inspire students to achieve their best while contributing to a vibrant campus community.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 pupils, integrating technology and best early‑years practices.
• Assess student progress and provide targeted feedback to support individual growth.
• Participate actively in extra‑curricular activities and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop enriched learning experiences both inside and outside the classroom.
• Uphold the school’s core values and act as a positive role model for students.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with at least a B.Ed., B.A. + PGCE and QTS.
• Strong academic background and well‑organized work ethic.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for student success.
• Willingness to contribute to leadership or middle‑leadership roles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using educational apps and classroom technology.
• Experience delivering the UK National Curriculum at Key Stage 1.
