Primary School Teacher – Dubai (ECT Programme Available)

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic Primary School Teachers to join a British‑curriculum school in Dubai for the 2026/27 academic year. The role involves delivering high‑quality lessons to primary‑age students in an international, BSO‑accredited environment. Early Career Teachers are welcome, with a structured induction programme to support their transition.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum‑aligned lessons across the primary phase.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
• Assess, monitor, and support student progress through regular feedback.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and senior leaders to enhance student outcomes.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field with a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed. or equivalent).
• Strong classroom management and communication abilities.
• Commitment to student achievement, wellbeing and an international teaching setting.
• Early Career Teachers are encouraged to apply; experience in primary education is preferred but not mandatory for ECT candidates.
