Principal Consultant – Oracle Financials Cloud (Sharjah)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Principal Consultant to lead Oracle Financials Cloud implementations in Sharjah. You will act as a solution lead, guiding clients through business process consulting, solution design, configuration and deployment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle Financials Cloud projects, from requirement capture to go‑live.
• Define business problems, propose and create tailored cloud solutions.
• Configure Oracle Cloud applications to meet client requirements and document setups.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and best practices.
• Develop proposals, deliver client training and build internal capabilities.
• Identify functional gaps and support the design of remediation solutions.

Required profile

• Strong Oracle functional expertise, especially in the telecom sector.
• 12+ years of experience implementing Oracle Cloud applications, with at least 2‑3 full life‑cycle Oracle Financials Cloud projects.
• 15+ years of overall IT experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Oracle Financials Cloud (Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cash & Treasury Management, Intercompany Accounting, Subledger Accounting, Revenue Management, Lease Management).
• Oracle Cloud Applications configuration.
• Oracle Project Methodology (OUM).
• Data conversion/migration, inbound/outbound interfaces, reporting with third‑party applications.
• Testing strategies such as Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT, UAT).
