Principal - Corporate Finance

About the role

Join a leading UAE luxury real estate developer in a high‑growth phase, working directly with GCC investors, family offices and banking partners. You will lead financial analysis and valuation of development projects, acquisitions and strategic investment opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including DCF, project feasibility, sensitivity analysis and return calculations.
• Support investment decisions through commercial analysis, market research and investment committee presentations.
• Evaluate capital allocation across the development portfolio and assist in structuring joint‑ventures and strategic partnerships.
• Lead capital‑raising initiatives, prepare investment memoranda and present financial materials to external stakeholders.
• Represent the business in meetings with Arabic‑speaking investors, family offices, UHNWIs and institutional capital providers.
• Coordinate with local and international banks on development financing, due‑diligence and debt‑management activities.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
• 8‑15 years of experience in real‑estate private equity, investment banking, corporate finance or related fields.
• Proven track record in evaluating and executing investment transactions and capital‑raising initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience interacting with investors, banks and family offices.
