Principal Engineer – Oracle Fusion HCM

About the role

Govern, design and deliver scalable, secure and business‑aligned Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across functional modules, technical components, integrations, reporting, analytics, automation and cloud platform services. Act as the senior technical authority for Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring solution quality, enterprise‑architecture alignment, regulatory compliance, operational resilience and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage application operations and support, including incident resolution, service requests, system monitoring and quarterly upgrade testing.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture, information security, audit, risk, data privacy, change and release management requirements.
• Lead design, configuration, development and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, integrations, reporting, analytics and automation initiatives.
• Review, approve and govern solution architecture and technical design documents, authoring detailed specifications for internal and external integrations.
• Own the technical governance framework for Oracle Fusion HCM applications, overseeing SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loads, Fast Formula and workflow components.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 12 years of IT experience with at least 8 years focused on Oracle HCM.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementations, integrations, reporting, cloud platform administration and application governance.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in banking or other regulated industries is highly desirable.
