Principal Enterprise Architect

About the role

As a Principal Enterprise Architect within SAP’s Enterprise Architecture team, you will guide large enterprises through their digital transformation journeys, turning strategic visions into concrete outcomes using SAP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customers from strategy to execution, shaping their NorthStar Enterprise Architecture.
• Drive the Clean Core initiative by reducing complexity, consolidating systems and streamlining processes.
• Enable full value realization of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) through integration, extensibility and process optimisation.
• Advise and accelerate AI capability adoption across customer organisations.
• Act as a trusted advisor, aligning technology decisions with business goals and engaging senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in customer‑facing roles such as Program Manager, Architect or Customer Advisory.
• Proven SAP implementation and transformation experience, either as a consultant, program director or internal IT leader.
• Demonstrated track record delivering large‑scale enterprise business transformations.
• Strong communication, influencing and negotiation skills in English.
• Ability to operate in complex, multi‑stakeholder organisations.
