Principal Insights Analyst - Adoption & Enablement

About the role

The Principal Insights Analyst will work within Emirates Group’s Analytics Centre of Excellence to deliver data‑driven insights that support business decisions across multiple departments. You will partner with internal stakeholders to translate business challenges into analytical solutions that drive adoption and enablement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end business engagement, from problem definition through hypothesis testing, data collection oversight and statistical analysis.
• Produce complex insight use cases and present findings through compelling visualisations and narratives that lead to actionable outcomes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define relevant measures, metrics and KPIs for root‑cause analysis.
• Lead, coach and develop direct reports, ensuring they have the domain knowledge and analytical skills needed for timely delivery.
• Work with federated analytics communities to raise analytical capability and self‑service adoption across the organisation.
• Promote an inclusive culture by participating in community‑building activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing analytics projects and engaging senior business leaders.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into business value.
• Ability to foster collaboration across diverse functional teams.
