Principal Product Manager Growth GCC

About the role

Remitly is seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, covering Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. Reporting to the General Manager, you will partner closely with regional business leaders, compliance and risk teams, as well as global product, engineering, design and analytics groups.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the GCC growth vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning with company‑wide OKRs.
• Develop deep insights into Gulf customer behavior, market dynamics, competitive trends and regulatory changes.
• Drive acquisition, activation, retention and revenue outcomes across the region.
• Influence and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to secure buy‑in for product initiatives.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, ideation, prototyping, experimentation and execution while maintaining strong product judgment.
• Attract new customers, convert them into active senders and increase long‑term engagement and lifetime value.

Required profile

• Hands‑on product leader with a proven track record of building and scaling fintech products.
• Growth‑mindset focused on data‑driven decision making and measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of GCC market nuances and regulatory environment.
• Ability to lead through influence, inspire cross‑functional teams and communicate vision clearly.
