Principal Public Health Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Principal Public Health Engineer to lead the design and delivery of public health, mechanical and HVAC solutions for high‑rise projects across the UAE and GCC. The role combines technical expertise with client‑facing support, ensuring value‑engineered, compliant systems.

Key responsibilities

• Develop bespoke system solutions and detailed designs for public health, mechanical and HVAC projects.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities and propose alternative specifications.
• Provide technical advice and product support to customers, contractors and consultancies.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, method statements and approval submissions.
• Perform drawing take‑offs, competitor reviews and support project approval processes.
• Ensure all solutions meet technical, commercial and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years experience as a Public Health Engineer, preferably on high‑rise buildings.
• Degree or equivalent in Public Health, MEP or Building Services engineering.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings with contractors and consultants.
