Principal Recruiter – Financial Services

About the role

Goldman Lloyds International is seeking a senior Principal Recruiter to lead its Financial Services desk in Dubai. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, managing end‑to‑end recruitment for hedge funds, asset managers and trading firms across the UAE and the wider GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for quantitative research, trading, technology and senior financial services mandates.
• Develop and nurture relationships with hedge funds, proprietary trading firms and asset managers.
• Identify and secure new client opportunities throughout the UAE and GCC.
• Run multiple senior‑level searches simultaneously, leveraging the firm’s international network.
• Maintain a pipeline of high‑quality candidates and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably within quantitative trading or technology.
• Proven track record as a 360 recruiter with successful billings.
• Strong client‑development and relationship‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently, commercially driven and self‑motivated.

Required skills

• Recruitment expertise in financial services, hedge funds or asset management.
• Experience managing mid‑to‑senior level searches.
• Knowledge of retained or exclusive mandates.
