About the role
As a Principal at Roland Berger Middle East you will lead the development of sustainable growth strategies for industries across the region. You will collaborate with governments, industry associations and private‑sector clients to shape policies and drive economic transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement strategic initiatives that support industrial development and economic policy.
- Lead consulting engagements, managing project teams and delivering high‑impact reports to public and private stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities, nurture client relationships and contribute to the firm’s growth in the Middle East.
Required profile
- 10–12 years of experience in management consulting, manufacturing or construction with a focus on economic research and policy.
- Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD in Economics or MBA) from a top university.
- Proven track record of leading consulting projects and delivering actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, communication and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership and an entrepreneurial mindset.
