Principal Solution Engineer – Marketing Cloud (Middle East)

About the role

As a Principal Solution Engineer for Marketing Cloud, you will act as the technical and strategic partner for Salesforce’s sales teams across the Middle East. You will help enterprise and commercial customers understand how Marketing Cloud can transform their customer engagement and marketing automation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and design winning sales strategies.
• Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations, proofs of concept, and technical presentations.
• Translate customer business requirements into Marketing Cloud solution architectures, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, and Data Cloud integration.
• Respond to RFPs/RFIs with compelling, technically sound proposals.
• Stay current on marketing technology trends, competitive landscape, and regional digital‑marketing maturity.
• Build trusted relationships with marketing, IT, and digital‑transformation stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Management to relay regional customer feedback.
• Support regional marketing events, webinars, and executive briefings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution engineering, digital marketing, or customer success with Salesforce technology.
• Strong focus on marketing technology and customer‑engagement solutions.
• Deep technical understanding of data‑driven solutions, including Data 360 and customer data platforms.
• High‑impact mindset with the ability to blend technical expertise and business acumen.
