Printing Services Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Printing Services Designer to join our Dubai team. The role involves turning customer artwork into print‑ready files, coordinating plate making and ensuring high‑quality output for packaging projects. You will work closely with Sales and Marketing to deliver designs that meet technical specifications and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and organise artwork inputs from Sales & Marketing (CD, email, physical samples).
• Analyse requirements, perform colour separation, trapping and colour correction.
• Create and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Box Pro or CorelDRAW.
• Generate print‑ready PDFs/JPEGs, send for customer approval and incorporate feedback.
• Scan and recreate designs from physical samples when required.
• Develop new design concepts based on client briefs.
• Maintain organized Rotopacking folders for each customer, preserving original and modified files.
• Coordinate plate making by preparing CTP files, checking die‑cut layouts and managing embossing block inventory.
• Convert conventional jobs to CTP process and obtain approvals.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical specifications.
• Effective communication with Sales, Marketing and customers for revisions.
• Experience handling print production workflows and file management.
