Procurement Coordinator - UAE National Only

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Procurement Coordinator to support the day‑to‑day procurement operations for our heavy equipment business across the UAE. This role is open exclusively to UAE Nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors to obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and confirm delivery timelines.
• Maintain and update the vendor database, ensuring supplier documentation (trade licences, certifications) remains current.
• Track purchase orders from issuance through delivery, following up on outstanding or delayed shipments.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to verify goods receipt and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and pricing agreements.
• Support cost‑saving initiatives by comparing supplier quotes and identifying value‑for‑money options.
• Assist in preparing procurement reports, spend analysis, and supplier performance summaries.
