Procurement Executive - HVAC & MEP Projects

About the role

Evercool Electromechanical LLC is looking for a proactive Procurement Executive to lead purchasing activities for HVAC and MEP projects in Dubai. The role involves managing the full procurement cycle, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and services to support project execution.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end procurement activities for HVAC and MEP projects.
• Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors from local suppliers.
• Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Prepare purchase orders and follow up on supplier deliveries.
• Coordinate with Project, Engineering, Stores, and Accounts teams.
• Ensure procurement aligns with project schedules and requirements.
• Maintain supplier records and build strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor material availability, lead times, and delivery commitments.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HVAC/MEP procurement.
• Prior experience with UAE projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and MEP materials and supplier networks.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Excellent coordination and follow‑up skills.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
