Procurement Lead – Build Global Procurement Function

About the role

Airalo is looking for a senior Procurement Lead to design and launch a company‑wide procurement function. You will own the end‑to‑end purchase‑to‑pay process, create policies, and drive cost savings across key spend categories while supporting rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and roll out Airalo’s procurement policy, delegation‑of‑authority thresholds, and supplier onboarding procedures.
• Establish approval workflows that balance control with business agility.
• Develop and execute category strategies for network infrastructure, sales & marketing, IT/SaaS, and professional services.
• Implement a governed, competitive tendering process and integrate it into the new ERP system.
• Maintain spend visibility, vendor taxonomy, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead high‑value negotiations, secure hard savings, and protect EBITDA.
• Collaborate with the CFO and all functional heads to align procurement with corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building procurement or sourcing functions in fast‑growing, global companies.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable cost savings and negotiating complex contracts.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
