Procurement Manager

About the role

Reollo Trading, part of the Reollo Group, is looking for a hands‑on Procurement Manager to support its Central Procurement team in the Maldives. Based in Dubai, you will source and purchase goods across F&B, hospitality, and construction categories, ensuring cost‑effective and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and act on procurement requests from the headquarters team.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers in the UAE and international markets.
• Obtain competitive quotations and assess suppliers on price, quality, lead time and reliability.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery conditions.
• Raise, track and manage purchase orders through to delivery.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics partners for cargo consolidation and shipment to the Maldives.
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation and audit trails.
• Provide regular procurement reports to the HQ team.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in procurement or supply‑chain roles.
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing supplier relationships in Dubai’s trading ecosystem.
• Strong market knowledge of UAE free zones and re‑export processes.
• Excellent negotiation and cost‑optimisation skills.
